Chris Evans and Minka Kelly fuelled rumours about their rekindled relationship after they were spotted together spending some quality time during the Labor Day weekend. The on-again, off-again couple has always been in the "friendly exes" bracket, but the new photos have created a buzz that the "Captain America" star may have actually re-united with his ex-girlfriend.
According to ET Online, the star couple was snapped together when they stepped out for a leisurely stroll with their dogs in LA's West Hollywood on 5 September. The 34-year-old was reportedly dressed casually in jeans and t-shirt, while the 35-year-old actress decided to go make-free and looked comfortable in a white tank top, gym pants and flip flops.
They reportedly looked more than comfortable in each other's company as they laughed and exchanged cheerful high-fives, while walking closely with each other along with their pets. Well, this is not the first the couple were photographed together after their split.
Chris Evans and Minka Kelly have had a very confusing on-and-off romantic history. The two stars started dating in 2007 and broke off soon after in the same year. And then, five years after their split, Evans and Kelly started dating again in September 2012, only to call it off in October 2013. Back then, reports suggested that distance and hectic work schedules were reasons behind the break-up.
So, given their complex dating history, many wouldn't be surprised if something was brewing. It's understandable why speculations are running wild about the possibility of the couple having got back together again.
But only a few months ago, Chris Evans was rumoured to be dating his "Avengers" co-star Elizabeth Olsen while Minka was paired with Sean Penn.
At the same time, the report also pointed out that Chris Evans, in his recent interview with the website, confirmed that he was very much single. "That is still the case. I consider myself a very romantic guy. I don't necessarily consider romance to be isolated simply between two people. I'm romantic with my love of music or art or nature. I love things."
So, has "Captain America" actor Chris Evans decided to re-unite with "Friday Night Lights" actress Minka Kelly? Well, only the two stars can confirm.
