Megastar Chiranjeevi has clarified that he has undergone a minor shoulder keyhole surgery. He is recovering well and already getting back to his routine.
Young actor Allu Sirish recently met Chiranjeevi at his residence to present the first wedding card and personally invite him for his wedding. In the photo, Chiranjeevi was seen with his arm secured in a sling, which immediately raised concerns among fans and well-wishers.
Soon after visuals from the visit surfaced, many fans feared that the megastar might have suffered a serious injury. Concerns were raised that it could affect his upcoming projects. Chiranjeevi took to X account to put an end to the rumours. He clarified that there was no major health issue involved. He explained that the sling was due to a minor shoulder keyhole procedure.
Chiranjeevi wrote, "Several well-wishers have enquired about my health after noticing the arm sling. It was just a minor shoulder keyhole surgery. I am recovering well and already getting back to my routine. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Nithin, one of the finest arthroscopy surgeons, for his care and expertise in making the procedure smooth and comfortable. Grateful for all your love, concern and blessings."
The clarification has brought relief to fans, who flooded social media with messages wishing him a speedy recovery.
A fan named KH Reddy replied, "Speedy recovery sir ???? Glad to hear you're doing well. Wishing you full strength soon! ❤️."
Another fan named P Krishna wrote, "Wishing you a very speedy recovery Sir. Even I too visited Dr.Nitin for shoulder injury."
Chiranjeevi is basking in the success of Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, which has had blockbuster success with its collection of nearly Rs 375 crore at the worldwide box office. The movie was released on Jio Hotstar on February 11 and is getting good views on OTT.
Chiranjeevi will next be seen in the upcoming big-budget film Vishwambhara. He is also set to reunite with director Bobby (KS Ravindra) for their second collaboration, which is expected to go on floors soon.
