British police raced on March 6 to identify the substance suspected of striking down a former Russian double agent, Sergrei Skripal, convicted of treason in Moscow for betraying dozens of spies to British intelligence. A hunt is underway for the woman with blonde hair, after she was initially mistaken for Skripals daughter.
