Hollywood stars Bard Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have ended their marriage, but the actor's relationship with his two eldest sons Pax and Maddox has never been better.

For the past two years, Pitt and Jolie have been fighting a messy and bitter custody battle. However, just in time for the holidays, the former partners have arrived at a custody agreement. It's been reported by Hollywood Life that although Brad "gets less than 50% custody of the couple's six children," he'll "see an increase in his custodial time with the kids."

A source close to the family has now revealed to the outlet that "Brad will enjoy shared time with the kids over Christmas. His new agreement with Angelina allows them to split time with the kids over the coming holidays and they will all be spending time in L.A., close to each other."

It was previously reported by Hollywood Life that Brad is determined to make it a Christmas to remember. A source close to Pitt revealed, "The holidays are fast approaching and Brad is overall very excited about them coming because it is all about family and he is intending to make it completely drama free and fun. He wants to make sure he gets a lot of time with all his kids because they are growing up so fast and he wants to enjoy all the experiences he can have with them. It doesn't have to be a big trip or be somewhere glitzy. He just wants to spend some personal time with them all and ring in the new year with good vibes all around," said the insider.

Despite the family drama and tense situation due to the divorce, a source revealed, "Brad's relationship with the two older boys has improved significantly since the split. While things are not perfect, they are all getting along well and the boys and Brad are in a good place."

Even the 'Maleficent' actress Jolie is reportedly "pleased to be entering the next stage and relieved at the progress for the health of their family."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie separated in September 2016 after two years of marriage. In the filed divorce papers, Angelina cited "irreconcilable differences." Back in August, 'By The Sea' movie director filed court documents asking a judge to both finalise her divorce with Brad Pitt and force her estranged husband to pay child support for their six children, as well as pay what Angelina said he allegedly missed as per an informal agreement.
