Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's film "MSG: The Messenger" has received better opening in India than Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal's "Roy".
The opening day box office collection of "MSG" is yet to be revealed, but as per reports the business is better than "Roy". Even in the number of screens and shows "MSG" has taken the lead in India.

Surprisingly, the opening day response in South was also good.
"The advance booking of MSG is way higher than Roy. The followers of Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's are buying tickets in bulk and passing the tickets to other followers," exhibitor and distributor Akshaye Rathi told Koimoi.com.
