"Dhoom 3" is the next installment film of the "Dhoom" series and will now beat "Krrish 3" in its second week.

"Krrish 3" lifetime earnings stands at ₹244 crore, and the Yash Raj production film requires only ₹3 crore more to reach the target.

"Dhoom 3- All Languages 2nd Tuesday Hindi ₹ 7.09 Cr Tamil & Telugu ₹ 0.17 Cr Total ₹ 7.26 Cr Grand Total:- ₹ 241.92 Cr," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Before moving out of the theaters, "Dhoom 3" will set a new benchmark for all the upcoming films.

Only four films are there in the ₹200 crore club, and two of them feature Aamir in the lead role. "3 Idiots" was the first film that made it to the double century group, while "Dhoom 3" is the new entry.

Apart from them, "Chennai Express", starring Shah Rukh Khan, and "Krrish 3", starring Hrithik Roshan, have also made it to the double century club.
