Border 2 starring Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan has made record breaking collection at the Indian box office on Monday, taking its four-day domestic business closer to Rs 200 crore net mark.

The Sunny Deol starrer has registered fantabulous response at the box office across the country. Taran Adarsh wrote, "While urban centres gathered terrific momentum post Saturday, the mass circuits have been roaring right from Friday... In fact, several cinemas across the #Hindi heartland reported capacity issues, as the film recorded one of the biggest weekend totals in recent times."

Border 2 has collected a massive Rs 63.59 crore net at the Indian box office on Monday, taking its four-day total collection to Rs 193.48 crore net. Border 2 has set a new record – highest collection on Monday ever. Trade analyst Sumit Kadel tweeted, "#Border2 DISMANTLED THE BOX OFFICE on Republic Day weekend. Registered the BIGGEST MONDAY EVER, shattering ALL-TIME single day records across multiple circuits. From mass belts to BIG METROS, it's TOTAL DOMINATION everywhere."

It should be seen how Border 2 will perform at the ticket counters on the weekdays. The trade expert posted, "#Border2 is trending like a BLOCKBUSTER, and the crucial Tuesday-to-Thursday hold will offer a clear indication of how long and how strong its run will be at the boxoffice."
