Chinese smartphone maker Bluboo has been planning to enter the Indian market with the launch of its latest handset XTouch.

Company sources told IBTimes India that Bluboo has joined hands with mobile service operator Aircel to release XTouch (32GB) at around Rs 14,999.

Bluboo XTouch is already available in China. It sports a 5.0-inch full HD display and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, powered by MediaTek octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt memory and a 3000 mAh battery.

It also boasts of 20MP primary camera with LED flash on the rear-side and a 5MP front snapper.

As of now, there is no official word on when the device will hit the stores in India. Stay tuned for more updates.

Competition:

Once XTouch is released in India, the Bluboo phone will be up against the popular Xiaomi Mi 4i, Motorola Moto X Play, Asus Zenfone 2, Zenfone Selfie, Samsung Galaxy J5, J7 and Nubia Z9 Mini among others.
