Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus has launched a new Zenfone Selfie variant in India.
Asus Zenfone Selfie was originally launched in India last month and the key difference between the two variants is that the former came with 16GB storage and 2GB RAM for Rs. 15,999, whereas the latter houses bigger 32GB inbuilt memory and 3GB RAM capacity. The phone is now been made available on Flipkart for ₹17,999 [HERE]. Rest of the features like display, camera, battery and other internal hardware in the new model remain the same.
It sports 5.5-inch full HD screen and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with ZenUI backed by 64-bit class Snapdragon 615 Octa-core processor and 3000 mAh battery.
Zenfone Selfie's main USP is its front-camera. It boasts a 13mp camera with f/2.2, 24mm wide angle , 5-prism Largan lens, Toshiba 1/3.2-inch sensor, Dual LED real-tone flash, HDR and low-light selfie feature.
And on the rear-side, Asus has incorporated an equally superior 13mp camera with Laser auto-focus feature like we see in Zenfone Laser device.
Besides Zenfone Selfie, Asus is also offering Zenfone 2 Deluxe and Zenfone 2 Laser, which come in upper mid-range and mid-range category. [Complete specifications details below]
Competition:
Asus Zenfone Selfie will be up against the popular Xiaomi Mi 4, Samsung Galaxy J7 series, and the recently launched Motorola Moto X Play among others.
