The trailer of upcoming multi-starrer Malayalam comedy "Amar Akbar Anthony", has been released by Sony Music India on 5 October. 

Before the official release on Monday evening, the trailer was leaked online on Sunday and was later removed from video sharing website YouTube.

The trailer, which features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran and Jayasurya, among others, looks promising and is expected to create a laugh riots in theatres.

The 1:37 minutes trailer introduces the characters Amar (Prithviraj), Akbar (Jayasurya), Anthony (Indrajith).

The trio has earlier amazed moviegoers with their on-screen chemistry in the blockbuster film "Classmates" in 2006.

The Nadirshah directorial is one of the most awaited films of the year and Namitha Pramod plays the lead role. 

"Amar Akbar Anthony" is set to hit the screens on 16 October.
