A day after unveiling the teaser of Alpha, Alia Bhatt has now shared a new poster and glimpse of her much-awaited YRF Spy Universe film. Taking to X on Thursday, the actress introduced fans to her "Alpha gang," featuring co-stars Sharvari, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor.

The poster showcases Alia in a rugged and intense avatar, standing alongside the film's key players. While the new artwork has generated excitement among fans, it also comes amid criticism that surfaced after the teaser launch. Several social media users questioned Alia's action sequences and expressions, with some arguing that she struggled to pull off the film's high-octane stunts. Others also commented on her appearance, debating whether she convincingly fits the character being portrayed.

Another point of discussion was Sharvari's absence from the teaser. However, industry insiders later clarified that the move was part of Yash Raj Films' larger marketing strategy. Rather than revealing all major characters at once, the studio plans to introduce each key player individually through a phased promotional campaign. Sharvari's first look and character details are expected to be unveiled separately, helping build anticipation around her role.

Alia Bhatt's Alpha gets huge shoutout from Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, Salman -SRK

Despite the backlash, Alpha has received massive support from Bollywood celebrities. From Shah Rukh Khan, Kiara Advani, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and Salman Khan and even cricketers have taken to social media and praised Alia and the film.

Katrina Kaif took to Instagram Stories and wrote, "My dearest Alia Bhatt, this is looking fire! Can't wait to see this full action mode, bring it on soon."

Priyanka Chopra also joined in the celebration, sharing the teaser and writing, "Ready for your game, Alia Bhatt."

A section of netizens pointed out that a similar show of solidarity was not seen when Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar teaser was released. Some users questioned why several Bollywood stars actively promoted Alpha while remaining silent on Ranveer's project.

Eagle-eyed netizens noted that neither Ranveer nor Deepika Padukone publicly shared or reacted to Alpha's teaser, and now this has further fueled fan discussions about industry favouritism.
