Sia receives a gift from her father containing a secret code. The birthday dinner soon becomes mysterious as Bobby's character reveals little, keeping the audience intrigued.

Is Alia a spy?

As per a report, Alia Bhatt will not play a spy, but an assassin in YRF's upcoming movie. "Alpha is definitely a major turn for the YRF Spy Universe. It presents a lead character who is an assassin, not a spy that we have seen all leads play earlier. For the first time, Aditya Chopra is giving us an origin story that introduces a character that is more grey, more of an anti-hero in tonality. It is refreshing because otherwise it would be extremely boring for us to watch," said the source to Bollywood Hungama.

Alpha is directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra. It stars Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol. The film is based on a screenplay written by Soumil Shukla and Shridhar Raghavan.
