The audio of Ajith-starrer "Yennai Arindhaal" is expected to be launched in two-weeks time. After the tremendous response the film's posters, teaser and the first song "Adhaaru Udhaaru," received, there has been huge expectations from the audio launch.

According to the latest reports, "Yennai Arindhaal" music will be released in two-week time. "#YennaiArindhaal Audio treat will be in 2 weeks time... #Finalstage work @SonyMusicSouth," tweeted Suriya Narayanan, who works for Gautham Menon's Photoskathaas.

It is expected to be released as a New Year treat (1 January) for fans, though an official confirmation on the release date is still awaited. Sony Music, which has acquired the audio rights of "Lingaa," is likely to announce the audio release date soon.

"Yennai Arindhaal" music will be composed by Harris Jayaraj and there will be six tracks in the album. One of the songs titled "Adhaaru Udhaaru," rendered by Vijay Prakash and Gana Bala, has fetched positive response from fans. It needs to be seen whether the other songs from the album impresses the audience.

Much ahead of the audio launch, Thala fans are likely to get a treat from "Yennai Arindhaal" team for Christmas. The latest report is that the trailer of the film will release on 24 December. Production house Ayngaran International has confirmed the news, but the makers of "Yennai Arindhaal" are yet to make an official announcement.

The shooting of "Yennai Arindhaal" is in its last leg and the film's team returned to Chennai after shooting in Hyderabad. Only three more days of shooting is left, after which the film will be completely wrapped up.

The post-production work will begin soon and the film is slated to hit screens for Pongal. It is being said that the Ajith-starrer will release on 9 January to cash in on the long Pongal holidays.

The Gautham Menon directorial is deemed as an action thriller flick. Ajith, Anushka Shetty, Trisha, Arun vijay and Vivek appear in pivotal roles in the film. Produced by AM Ratnam, "Yennai Arindhaal" is touted to the costliest film Gautham's career.
