In a recent scary viral video, an adorable 14-month-old baby is seen playing with a 13-foot-long Burmese python at their home in Michigan.

Snake handler Jamie Guarino, the father of baby Alyssa, who is actually three-years-old now, films the scary video, where the toddler is seen spending a fun time with the terrifying pet Nay-Nay.

Through the video, Guarino aims to show the entire world that these reptiles are not dangerous as many believe.

"In this video, I was showing the simple fact that snakes are not evil creatures. They can be a loving pet, despite their bad reputation. My daughter was absolutely in no danger."

He also said that when most of the people see these kind of videos, they react with fear or negativity and added that the python has no interest in biting or swallowing the baby.

The video uploaded on YouTube on 2 January 2015 has received more than one lakh views, at the time of reporting.
