Malayalam actor-writer Murali Gopy's wife Anjana Pillai passed away on Sunday, 26 April. The 38-year-old succumbed to death after collapsing due to a sudden cardiac arrest.
Anjana collapsed in the elevator of her apartment while returning home after dropping her children at a tuition centre.
She was working at State Bank Of India's Pattom branch in Thiruvananthapuram.
The cremation will take place at Thaikkad Shantikavadam, Thiruvananthapuram at 11 am today (27 April).
Murali Gopy is son of veteran actor late Bharath Gopy and Jayalakshmi Amma. Though Murali Gopy is a well known actor in Malayalam cinema, he has always maintained a low profile and his family rarely joins him for public functions.
