Simbu's Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada has made it to internet through backdoors. Yes, the pirated version of the Tamil movie has been leaked online despite the makers requesting netizens to alert them by sending illegal download links of the movie.
The Tamil movie is now available on a few websites for downloading. It is believed to be out from overseas centres although there is no confirmation of it.
The trade experts are of the opinion that the leak will badly affect the movie at the box office. The audience turn out to theatres is not like usual due to the shortage of currencies after the Narendra Modi government recently scrapped Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes and the leak is not helping the cause.
However, the fans of Simbu are requesting people not to encourage piracy. A few links have been removed, while some continue to exist.
Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada was released on Friday, November 11, and has received positive reviews. The good storyline backed by brilliant performance of the lead actors has impressed the viewers.
The movie has received a good opening in Chennai and a few other cities. It is mostly because of online booking as counter bookings have taken a hit post demonetisation.
Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada is a romantic-action film, which has the music of two-time Oscar Award winner AR Rahman. While Dan Macarthur is the cinematographer, Anthony Gonsalves is the editor of the flick.
Manjima Mohan plays the female lead in the film, which also has Baba Sehgal, Daniel Balaji and others in the cast. The movie has been simultaneously shot in Telugu as Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo with Naga Chaitanya stepping into the shoes of Simbu in the Tollywood version.
