Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War has topped the list of highest grossing Hollywood movies of 2018 at the Indian box office, while Steven Spielberg's The Post became lowest earner English film.
In recent years, India has become a potential market for Hollywood's superhero, sci-fi, fantasy and horror movies. Some of the English films have become bigger hits than some local movies in the country this year too. Going a step forward, Avengers: Infinity War has crossed Rs 200 crore net mark, which the movies starring Salman, Aamir and Shah Rukh Khan failed to achieve this year.
