Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched its 110cc Activa i with a price tag of Rs 47,913 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The new Activa i with BS-IV compliant engine gets cosmetic and feature updates.
The new activa comes powered by 109.19 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which is now BS-IV upgraded and can churn out 8bhp of power at 7,000rpm and 8.94Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm mated to V-matic transmission.
The overall body proportion of the scooter remains same. It measures 1,795mm in length, 705mm in width, 1,115mm in height and comes with a wheelbase of 1,238mm. The new Activa i has a ground clearance of 165mm and scales a kerb weight of 103kg.
The Activa i gets dual-tone body shades, body colour mirrors, new body graphics and Automatic Headlamp On (AHO). The new Honda Activa i is offered in five colours - Purple Metallic, Magenta Metallic, Orange Metallic, Red Metallic and Red. The braking is taken care of by 130mm drum brakes at front and rear combined with CBS (Combined Braking System).
