The launch of the much-awaited facelifted avatar of Maruti's popular MPV Ertiga is just around the corner. Now, ahead of its official entry into the Indian market, the official brochures of the new Ertiga have been leaked on the web, painting a clear picture of what to expect from the new 2015 Ertiga.

The folks at Team BHP have shared the leaked brochures and according to this, the new avatar of Maruti Ertiga will come powered by the same 1.4-litre K Series petrol engine, which can churn out 91bhp of power and a peak torque of 130Nm.

Now with the 2015 Ertiga facelift, there is a choice of 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission; however, it is available only in the Vxi variant of the model. Coming to the diesel engine as expected, the diesel Ertiga will get power from 1.3 multi-jet diesel engine, developing 89bhp and 200Nm of torque, but now will come with SHVS small hybrid system that made its entry with the Ciaz hybrid.

All the variants of 2015 Ertiga facelift will have ABS as standards, save for the base petrol Lxi, and the airbag is also available in all Ertiga variants except for the Lxi/Ldi variants.

Visually, Ertiga facelift will get chrome-touch on the foglamps and expect new front-grille with new bumper and alloys. As for features, new 2015 Ertiga facelift is expected to host a slew of features like electronically foldable ORVMs, touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, engine start / stop button, 50:50 split 3rd row seats, steering mounted controls and smart key.

2015 Maruti Ertiga facelift has been making headlines for quite a while now. The car, which is expected to make its market debut anytime now, is expected to carry a price tag less than the current model unlike the usual faclifited avatars as it is going to benefit from the Central government's FAME scheme, which offers incentives of up to Rs 29,000 on electric and hybrid vehicles.
