Bollywood film "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" is continuing its fantastic theatrical run at the box office. The Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer has emerged as a blockbuster hit, after earning more than double its production cost.

"Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" in 12 days earned ₹192.86 crore from India and overseas.

"#YJHD is stupendous in Week 2. Mon 5.5 cr, Tue 4.75 cr. Grand total: ₹146.61 cr nett. BLOCKBUSTER. #YJHD crosses $ 3 million in USA. Overseas total: $ 8 million [₹46.25 cr]," trade analyst Taran Adrash tweeted.

If the film continues to maintain a steady position at the box office, then it might earn between ₹155 and ₹160 crore after two weeks. Trade pundits also said that the after three weeks the film should be able to collect between ₹170 and ₹175 crore.

If "YJHD" remains unaffected by new releases in its third week, then there are possibilities that it may beat the record figure of ₹200 crore which is set by "3 Idiots".

Till now, no film has crossed the magical figures of ₹200 crore at domestic box office, except Aamir Khan's film. Salman Khan's "Ek Tha Tiger" had failed to reach the mark by a slight margin.

Meanwhile, on a disappointing note for Ranbir-Deepika fans the Delhi High Court has stalled the film's release on television. The release has been delayed following a lawsuit filed by the manufacturer of squash Roohafza.

"The defendants (film makers), their agents, representatives, assignes or any other persons acting on their behalf are restrained from releasing the home video version of the movie"...." of any other version of the movie on cable television or television which contains the objectionable dialogues as complained in the suit," said a court statement, according to PTI.
