Nani-Vaani Kapoor's "Aaha Kalyanam", which is the official remake of "Band Baajaa Baarat", has done average business in Tamil Nadu, while its performance in Andhra Pradesh is poor. The film's performance is said to be disastrous in overseas markets.

"Aaha Kalyanam", directed by debutant Gokul Krishna, was released on 21 February worldwide. The film took an average opening at the Tamil Nadu box office. The Nani starrer is carrying decent reports, but its collections are average as it was released in lesser number of screens.
