In September, American chipset maker Nvidia had announced that the company's Tegra 4 based tablet will soon debut in India with Xolo brand. The wait seems to be almost over as an online retailer has revealed the price of the device.

Flipkart has disclosed that the much awaited Xolo Play Tegra Note would cost ₹18,990, but the firm has restrained from releasing the information regarding its date of availability. With price details already out in the open, one can expect device to hit stores soon.

Xolo Play Tegra Note touted as the world's fastest 7.0-inch tablet boasts of HD IPS display with LED backlight feature and runs on the 1.8GHz Nvidia Tegra 4 quad-core processor (Cortex A15) paired with additional fifth core to slow the battery draining.

Company claims that the device will run on the latest Android OS and will get direct firmware update via OTA (Over-The-Air) from Nvidia. Other features include 5.0-megapixel main camera with HDR (High Dynamic Range) and auto-focus, 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera, Nvidia PureAudio technology, a high-capacity battery with 10 hours HD video play-back ability, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth v4.0 with LE (Low-Energy), GLONASS and Google Maps for navigation.
