Evian Bath at Spa V costs a whopping $5,000 and it is exclusively for guests staying in Hotel Victor's penthouse. The bath is filled with 1,000 bottles of Evian water and rose petals. It also comes with a bottle of champagne, a slice of Seven Sins of Chocolate dessert and two spa treatments.
