New Delhi, Oct 19 (ANI): Even as the Prime Minister's Office rejected any criminality in the controversial allocation of coal block to Hindalco, Union Foreign Minister, Salman Khurshid on Saturday defended Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asking if he should have analysed every single page during allotment of coal blocks before signing.
