NEW DELHI, July 26 (ANI): After paying homage to Kargil martyrs at India Gate, Defence Minister Arun Jaitley said that the site and other plan for the Kargil war memorial and museum will be decided soon. He said that the new budget totally allows a fund for the same and that action on same will be taken soon in collaboration with government and Army.
