New Delhi, Feb 16 (ANI): Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi on Monday said that security is a matter of privilege but consent of the person, who will be given security, is also considered. He added that the Delhi Police will try to arrange security in such a manner that it will not become a hindrance between him and the common man.
