New Delhi, May 29 (ANI): Retired General V.K.Singh took over as junior minister with independent charge for development of India's north-eastern region on Thursday. He assured development for country's north-eastern region as per the BJP's manifesto. V.K. Singh represents Ghaziabad constituency of Uttar Pradesh. Singh served as the 24th Chief of the Indian Army and had joined the party this year.
