"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson suffered an embarrassment on Thursday, when she accidentally posted a topless picture of herself online while attempting to upload a picture of a pair of headphones.

The picture, which has since been deleted, was that of a black Beats headphones package. But Gunvalson's nude reflection was visible on the plastic wrap, exposing her breasts and stomach.

Shortly after she realized the snafu, Gunvalson apologized to fans with a post on Facebook: "I'm a human being and we make mistakes. I wanted to shout out to Bravo for my Beats while blow drying my hair and getting ready for work, I clearly couldn't see the reflection when I posted the image on Instagram. I apologize to anyone that saw the picture and am deeply embarrassed."

Gunvalson recently opened up about her future on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and admitted that she isn't done being a part of the show. And although she is an original housewife, Gunvalson told Us Weekly that she doesn't always get her way, especially when it comes to boyfriend Brooks Ayers.

Gunvalson said that she was hesitant to bring him back on the show following the backlash she received after his on-screen argument with her daughter, Briana Culberson. Although the couple had a falling out, the knowledge that Ayers was struggling with cancer brought them back together.

"[Cancer] either will tear you apart as a couple or bring you together. And with us, without a doubt, it's brought us together," Ayers explained to the publication. "So, yes, we are exclusive, we are dating, we are together," Gunvalson confirmed. "It's official."

On bringing Ayers back into her life, Gunvalson noted: "It's really frightening bringing back Brooks into my life publicly. [Bravo] basically put the gauntlet down and said, 'If you don't film with Brooks, then we are reducing your role.' And I was like, 'Oh no! You did not just say that!'"
