New Delhi, Aug 8 (ANI): The UP police have once again sparked another controversy by booking a Class III student, all of nine years, under sections 107/116 of CRPC for "disturbing the law and order" situation in his village. Questioning the law and order situation in the state politicos condemned the authorities as well as the UP government.
