Bilaspur, Nov 09 (ANI): While addressing a rally in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur region, BJP senior leader LK Advani on Saturday hit out at Congress led UPA government and PM Manmohan Singh saying that under an economist PM two disasters happened, corruption and back-breaking inflation.
