New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): Political leaders and social activists on Friday condemned the gang rape of a woman in Balsinkheda village across the Mohanlalganj-Memaura road in UP. Leaders demanded strict action against the accused and blamed the state government for such a situation for women. The local police station was informed around 6:00 am, but since they were on duty in the wake of former US president Bill Clinton_s visit to a village 10km away, it took two hours for the first policeman to arrive at the scene of crime where hundreds of villagers had gathered.
