New Delhi, Nov 15 (ANI): Former Home Minister P Chidambaram has termed the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act as an "obnoxious law" that has no place in a modern, civilized country. He called for amendments to AFSPA. The BJP has dismissed Chidambaram's demand.
