Udhampur, Nov 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, urged voters to vote for the BJP to ensure development in the state. Modi said that he would send adequate funds for the state and would keep a track on whether it is being utilized in a proper way or not.
