New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday directed the removal of a senior judge accused of sexually harassing a woman judge in Madhya Pradesh from administrative and supervisory work. SC further stated that the panel appointed by the MP's Chief Justice to investigate the allegation was not correct and not in conformity with in-house procedure and asked the Chief Justice of India HL Dattu to set up a new panel to examine the sexual harassment charge against the judge. The woman judge had resigned after alleging that she was sexually harassed by a judge of Madhya Pradesh high court.
