Jammu, Sep 06 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday said that the state has never witnessed such a flood situation in the past 50 years which is worsening day by day. He said that the priority of the State government is to rescue the people and give them basic care and later think about their rehabilitation. Abdullah also said that he is not bothered about whether the Centre terms it as a 'natural calamity' or not as long as help comes for people. He also thanked the NDRF and Armed Forces for their rescue efforts and assured the people that the State government will leave no stone unturned to protect the people in flood-hit areas.
