Puri/Visakhapatnam, May 31 (ANI): Internationally renowned sand artist, Sudarshan Patnaik, created an anti-smoking sculptor on sand at a beach in Odisha and rallies were organized in Andhra Pradesh to create an awareness regarding the horrendous effects of smoking on World No Tobacco Day. World No Tobacco Day is observed annually on May 31 by World Health Organization (WHO).
