After starring with Nivin Pauly and Dulquer Salmaan, the actress is now set to make a mark in the Telugu entertainment industry with her debut Tollywood project opposite Varun Tej in Sekhar Kammula's directorial venture.

Meanwhile, Sai, who has completed her MBBS course in Georgia, is expected to commit to more projects this year after being well accepted by the South Indian audience for her natural performance in Alphonse Puthren's romantic family entertainer "Premam," which has created many records at the Kerala and Tamil Nadu box offices. It completed more than 250 days of theatrical run in Chennai and was re-released in a few theatres after continuous requests from the audience.
Among the three heroines of "Premam," it was Sai's character Malar miss that was well accepted by the audience, following which she garnered tremendous fan following in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The actress had also impressed her fans for playing as Anjali in Sameer Thahir's "Kali," which has become one of the highest grossing Malayalam movies of the year.
