Kathua, Sep 07 (ANI): More than 100 people, including children and women, were evacuated from various villages in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir as floods, triggered by heavy downpours, caused destruction in the region. The Red Cross society along with district administration has provided tents, medical aid and food to affected families. The flood-affected people are shifting their valuables and luggage along with their live stocks to safer places and shelter homes provided by the district administration.
