Audio of a Montana Republican candidate assaulting a reporter has gone viral. Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs claims US Congressional candidate Greg Gianforte body-slammed him after Jacobs asked Gianforte a question about health care. Gianforte was charged with assault hours before polls were set to open. Gianforte is set to appear in court for the assault on 7 June.
