New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): While chairing the National Integration Council meeting in New Delhi, in the backdrop of the communal riots in Muzaffarnagar, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said that the recent spate of communal violence poses a threat for democracy.
