New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): Union Railway Budget Suresh Prabhu on Thursday presented the Rail Budget for fiscal year 2015-16. Prabhu assured that there has been no increase in passenger fares in railways. He added that surveillance camera will be installed on select mainline and ladies compartments to insure safety of women. Further speaking on women's safety, Prabhu added that Nirbhaya fund would be utilized for augmenting safer travel for women. He further said that a mobile application to address complaints of people is also being developed.
