Patna, Oct 5 (ANI): Chief Minister of Bihar, Jitan Ram Manjhi has said that investigations will reveal the facts that led to the stampede, which left at least 33 people dead and over a 100 injured, during Dussehra festival celebrations in Patna. Manjhi said a probe will be conducted to determine whether the stampede was a human error or a conspiracy. During Dussehra festival celebrations in Patna, chaos led to a stampede that left many injured, most of them were women and children. Manjhi said it is a sad incident and investigations were underway.
