New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): With the Modi government opting for ordinances nine times after it assumed office eight months ago, President Pranab Mukherjee cautioned against the ordinance route being taken for normal legislations. He however, also rapped the opposition for stalling the government. Politicos gave mixed reaction on the issue.
