Mumbai/ New Delhi, Oct 07 (ANI): Political leaders on Tuesday condemned continued ceasefire violations by Pakistan along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan forces fired at 40 Indian army posts early on Tuesday, said a police official. Indian forces also retaliated with gunfire and mortar bombs. NCP leader Majid Memon hit out at Home Minister Rajnath Singh saying his words did not match action. Singh had earlier said that Pakistan needs to learn that the newly elected Indian government will take a more aggressive approach if it comes under attack on the border. NCP leader Tariq Anwar said that this is Pakistan's desperation as they didn't get any response at the United Nations over the Kashmir issue. Meanwhile, BJP leader Sambit Patra said that the central government was giving a befitting reply.
