Patna, July 24 (ANI): Police on Thursday lathicharged on students of Patna University, who were staging a protest demanding hostel facility, in the city_s Dak Bangla area. Police tried to disperse the crowd using force, thereby ensuing a clash between them and the students. Meanwhile, Patna DSP Mamta Kalyani said that the police were just trying to disperse the crowd.
