Kathua, Dec 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir took a dig at his rival political parties in the state. Modi alleged that at the time of election the Congress party stabs its allies in the back. He also urged people to get rid of dynasty politics in the state.
