New Delhi, Dec 26 (ANI): Congress leader in Jammu and Kashmir Salman Soz on Friday said that PDP which got the highest number of seats in JandK should take responsibility to bring stable government in the state. He said that like minded people should come together so that stability may be achieved. Further, Soz said that Congress party is open for alliance with PDP if the party is asked for the same. Refuting on any possibility of alliance of BJP and PDP, Soz said that both the parties are like oil and water, having no chemistry and therefore such alliance would not last long.
