New Delhi, Nov 01 (ANI): Nicknaming BJP's PM Candidate, Narendra Modi as 'Nirantar Virodhi', Union HRD Minister, Kapil Sibal on Friday lashed out at him, saying Modi had no knowledge of history yet he talked of changing it.
