Bangalore, Mach 09 (ANI): Infosys co-founder and UIDAI Chairman Nandan Nilekani on Sunday formally joined the Congress party and will be contesting election from Bangalore south constituency against five-time Member of Parliament from the Constituency, Ananth Kumar of the BJP. Nilekani seemed confident and said that he is sure to win from the constituency as he is a local and knows how to manage a locality and is aware of the needs of the city people.
