The couple got engaged in Goa recently and took to Instagram to announce the good news.
Karam, who plays the role of Vidyut on Naamkaran, posted a video of them along with a caption that read: "Back to the grind after a much needed digital detox and some special quality time spent with my beau @shivaleekaoberoi by the bay!
